AYAM GORENG GURIH

AYAM GORENG GURIH

BAHAN:
1 ekor ayam, potong jadi 20 bagian
1 sdm air jeruk nipis dan 1 sdt garam
2 cm jahe, memarkan
2 lembar daun salam
1 liter air
Haluskan:
10 siung bawang putih
8 butir kemiri, sangrai
2 sdm ketumbar, sangrai
1 sdm garam
Bumbu gurih:
20 gr tepung sagu
1 sdt baking powder
Minyak goreng secukupnya
Pelengkap: lalap sayuran dan sambal bajak: 3 buah cabai merah besar, 8 
buah cabai rawit merah, dan 1 buah tomat, goreng hingga setengah 
matang, angkat, haluskan. Tambahkan 1 sdt terasi matang dan 1/4 sdt 
garam, aduk rata.

CARA MEMBUAT: 
1.  Cuci bersih ayam, lumuri dengan air jeruk nipis dan 1 sdt garam, diamkan 15 menit, cuci bersih lagi, tiriskan. 
2.  Rebus ayam bersama jahe, daun salam, dan bumbu halus. Masak ayam sampai lunak, gunakan api sedang, angkat. Tiriskan ayamnya, sisihkan kuahnya. 
3.  Bumbu gurih: ambil kuah ayam sebanyak 500 ml, campur dengan tepung sagu, masak hingga mengental, angkat, dinginkan. Setelah dingin, tambahkan dengan baking powder, aduk rata, sisihkan. 
4.  Panaskan minyak, goreng ayam hingga cokelat keemasan, angkat. Tuangkan
bumbu gurih di atas ayam sesendok-sendok, goreng hingga kuning dan bersarang, angkat. 
5.  Sajikan hangat dengan lalap sayuran dan sambal bajak.

Secret Recipes - Frozen Yogurt Pop

With only 4 healthy, kid friendly ingredients you will have a pop that will make them go. All you need is plain yogurt, banana, mixed frozen berries, and honey. You toss all the ingredients into a high powered blender and puree. Divide evenly between paper cups then cover with aluminum foil and pierce foil in the center with popsicle sticks to hold sticks in place. I placed a slice of a banana on the bottom of my paper cup to hold the stick up. It worked great and then you get a nice big bite of a frozen banana at the end. You then freeze them for 4-5 hours or until solid.

You can use your imagination with creating your own fun flavors as well. The sky is the limit when it comes to making yogurt pops. Grab your kids, load them up in the car and take a trip to the local fruit stands. Have them pick their favorite fruits then take them home to have a fun afternoon making their own pops to enjoy whenever they want.






Oh boy, yesterday it got up to 101 here in Utah and these were the perfect homemade popsicle to have on hand after a day at the park. Ingredients

Ingredients
    1 red pepper, quartered
    1 small eggplant (about 12 oz.), sliced into 1/4 thick rounds
    1 medium zucchini (about 6 oz.), sliced lengthwise into 1/4 thick strips
    1 small summer squash (about 6 oz.), sliced lengthwise into 1/4 thick strips
    1 lb. Campari or plum tomatoes, halved
    2 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
    Kosher salt and pepper
    2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/4 c. fresh basil, leaves torn
    4 c. baby arugula
    2 large thick slices sourdough or country bread
    1 clove garlic, halved
    4 oz. fresh mozzarella, torn

Directions
Heat grill to medium-high.
In a large bowl, toss the vegetables with 1 1/2 tablespoons oil and 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Grill until lightly charred and tender, 3 to 4 minutes per side for the pepper, eggplant, zucchini, and squash, and 1 to 2 minutes on the cut side only for the tomatoes. Transfer the eggplant and tomatoes back to the bowl and the rest of the vegetables to a cutting board.
Slice the peppers, zucchini, and squash and add to the bowl. Gently toss with the vinegar, basil, and arugula.
Brush the bread slices with remaining tablespoon oil and grill until lightly toasted, 1 to 2 minutes per side, then rub both sides with the cut side of the garlic clove.
Cut each slice of bread in half and transfer to plates. Spoon the salad and any juices over the bread, then top with the mozzarella

Secret Recipes of Sate Maranggi

Have you ever tasted Sate Maranggi?
I was tried and tested to make it, so simple with delicious taste.
Here is the secret recipes of Sate Maranggi:



Ingredients:
600 gr daging sapi / 600 gr beef
100 gr gula merah, sisir / 100 gr palm sugar, grated
3 sdm kecap manis / 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
20 buah tusuk satai, rendam dalam air, tiriskan / 20 sate skewer, soaked in the water, drained
lontong untuk pelengkap / rice cake

Spices (ground) :
12 butir bawang merah / 12 shallots
8 siung bawang putih / 8 cloves garlic
1 1/2 sdm ketumbar / 1 1/2 tbsp coriander
2 sdm air asam jawa pekat / 2 tbsp 'thick' tamarind water
1 1/2 sdt garam / 1 1/2 tsp salt

Chilli Sauce :
5 buah cabai rawit hijau, gerus kasar / 5 small green chilli, chopped
1 buah tomat merah, iris kecil-kecil / 1 red tomato, chopped
2 butir bawang merah, iris kecil-kecil / 2 shallots, chopped
1 sdm cuka 5% / 1 tbsp vinegar
2 sdm kecap manis / 5 tbsp sweet soy sauce

How to made it:

1. Cut the beef into dice shape, about 1-1 1/2 cm. Mix well with palm sugar, sweet soy sauce and ground spices. Leave for 30 minutes to allow meat absorbing the flavors.
2. Skew 4-5 pieces of meat in each skewer until all meat dices are consumed.
3. Preheat the grill over hot coals, grill the sate while marinated, turn upside-down until cooked evenly, remove from heat.
4. Sambal: Mix chopped green chili,  sliced ​​tomato and shallots in a bowl, add vinegar and sweet soy sauce, stir well.
5. Place the skewers on the serving plate, serve hot with sauce and rice cake.
